Sanford Health hosts free presentation about a screening that can help prevent heart attacks
(Bismarck, N.D.)—Sanford Healthís Stephen Korte, MD, cardiologist, and John Miller, MD, radiologist, will give a free presentation about a screening that allows doctors to see the levels of calcified plaque in a personís arteries. The screening results can help doctors work with patients to prevent or minimize further heart issues, including heart attacks, by treating problems early. This Doc Talk will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the Ritterbush Auditorium on the fourth floor of the UND Center for Family Medicine, 701 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck.
